Panama Land Investments is a private real estate investment fund that gives investors the opportunity to profit from the Panamanian real estate boom and the fast increasing prices of undeveloped land properties.

The Fund´s objective is to invest in a balanced portfolio of 8 to 12 different land properties located at strategic growing locations for tourism or residential development. The Fund will use an “added value strategy” by buying the land under market prices; improving the land with building permits, master plans and infrastructure in order to sell the land after 3 years when maximum profits for the investors will be realized.

The fund is run by a professional management team, with proven track record in the Panamanian real estate sector and extensive experience in land investments, land development and the management of private equity funds.

The Fund will predominantly invest in large plots of raw land located within the selected target areas, which specifically include: both the Pacific and Caribbean coastlines, the Gatun Lake and the highlands around Panama City.
