Once the land has been selected, the process of acquiring it begins. More resources are used to achieve a successful transaction. 1. After all this is done, then all our team´s negotiating skills are put into action with the sole purpose of getting the land we are interested in, at the lowest, most convenient prices possible, by adhering to our policy of always buying bellow market prices.

2. Several meetings are held with current land owners. This gives us the opportunity to get to know who we are negotiating with, their interests and needs; crucial information which will later be used to our advantage during the negotiation process so to obtain best acceptance of our proposal.

3. Obtain all accurate documentation relevant to the land, such as property plans and ownership title.

4. Draw up a contract of bargain and sale; this is carefully put together by one of our attorneys, always ensuring a safe transaction.
