Behold the Archipelago Bocas del Toro – sixty eight beutiful, serene caribbean islands, manu of which were named by Christopher Columbus. Isla Colon, the largest, is a convenient gateway to Parque Nacional Marino Isla Bastimento, a spectacular marine park. Break out the snorkeling or scuba gear, diving is exceptional here. Or take a water taxi to one of the uninhabited islands for a day of exploration or sunbathing. On the mainland, the rainforest teems with wildlife unique to this province.
