In our Living & Investing proposition CrownLand buys large pieces of raw land at growing locations in Panama. All the land is selected on the basis of its toursim and residential development potential.
According to the size of your participation in a specific land acquisition we transfer you an equal amount of the shares. As many investors also want to live in paradise every investor will own a free parcel of land within the project. This way you can live inside your investment and enjoy while your money is growing.
We are the land specialists and take care of the work so you do not have to worry about the selection, acquisition, added value or sales of the land.

Besides the organic price increases of the land CrownLand will generate additional added-value by delivering the project plans, getting the building permits approved and implementing basic infrastructure. When the land will reach its optimal value in approximately 24 to 30 months we will sell the land.
Regarding your relative participation you will receive your share of the profits. Usually Fractional Ownership generates a yearly ROI of 40% and 60% per year.
